Lou is the best. Came in on his day off to remove and install the water heater. Extremely professional. Lou went out of his way to fix any mistakes our prior plumber had made. He educated me about maintenance to the water heater because he cares about all his customers! No complaints at all! Lou completed the job in 2.5hrs where the last plumber took 6hrs. Lou came to my rescue when I needed my outside faucet replaced as soon as possible. He was extremely professional, polite and friendly.
